We hope you are pleased with your AÇO-Studios* products however if you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on eligible items returned to us within 14 days of receipt. Orders cannot be cancelled after purchase.
For refunds/exchanges simply email us at acostudiosinfo@gmail.com and we will send over returns details. All items must be returned with all tags and packaging and in a saleable condition. Returning items is the responsibility of the buyer and we suggest you use recorded delivery. We cannot take responsibility for any items lost on return. Eligible refunds will be made in the same method of payment within 14 days of the item returning to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
